Thank you for your interest in renting through Atlas Estate Agents.

If you decide to proceed after your viewing, you'll be referenced by our referencing partner, Let Alliance. The process includes:

  • A credit check (covering adverse credit, CCJs, IVAs and bankruptcy)
  • Verification of your income
  • A reference from your previous landlord(s), where applicable

If you think you might not pass these checks, please add details in the Notes/Comments section below. If a check is unsuccessful we may still be able to proceed in some cases — for example, with a guarantor.

Application details

An approximate date is fine for now — we'll confirm the exact date if your application is accepted.

This is only a rough guide — all tenancies are assured periodic under the Renters' Rights Act 2025.

Are you able to physically view the property?

We'd prefer you to view the property, but it isn't mandatory — we can still consider your application without a viewing.

If you have children, please give brief details (how many, and their ages).

If you have pets, please give brief details (how many, type, breed and age). You have the right to request a pet, which won't be unreasonably refused.

Tell us why you're looking to move (e.g. needing more space, or moving out of the family home).

Tenants

We need these details for everyone who'll be named on the tenancy agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, everyone aged 18 or over (excluding your children) must be named.

You'll need to be able to prove this income, including any government benefits you receive.
